The present Ordinance amends the Honey Ordinance of 16 January 2004 (BGBl. I p. 92). In particular, it amends article 3 dealing with packaging and labelling of honey. The present Ordinance introduces also small amendments to article 5 of the Sugar Ordinance of 23 October 2003 (BGBl. I p. 2098), as well as to article 5 of the Cocoa Ordinance of 15 December 2003 (BGBl. I p. 2738) both dealing with articles of daily use.
