Finance and Audit (Tourism Fund) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 (G.N. No. 22 of 2006).

These Regulations amend regulation 4 of the principal Regulations by redefining the object of the Tourism Fund. Under the new definition the Fund shall finance also the development and maintenance of tourism and tourism related projects, including, but not limited to, eco-tourism and cultural-tourism.
