These Regulations implement provisions of the Hotels and Restaurants Act with respect to the granting of licences and specify conditions for obtaining of licences regarding the outfitting and operation of hotels and restaurants. Various provisions concern the preparation, handling and storage of food and the provision of adequate drinking water supply.
