Decree No. 37/93 ratifying the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and their Disposal.

The Decree is composed of one article and two Annexes. It introduces in the national legal order the Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and their Disposal, signed in Basel on 22 March 1989. The annexes provide the English version and the Portuguese translation of the Convention text.
