The present Act lays down provisions relating to the management of waste in the Canton of Thurgau. In particular, it promotes prevention and reduction of waste, as well as its recycling. The text consists of 38 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (I): Duties and tasks (II); Waste disposal plants (III); Storing of toxic waste (IV); Special provisions (V); Financing (VI); Execution (VII); Transitional and final provisions (VIII).
