Decree implementing Commission Directive 2006/30/EC and updating Decree of 27 August 2004 fixing maximum residue limits for active substances in foodstuffs and feedingstuffs.

By way of implementation of Directive 2006/30/EC, this Decree amends Decree of 27 August 2004 in order to update the maximum residue limits to be applied to certain active substances of phytosanitary products which are present in products destined to human or animal consumption.
