Panama Declaration.

The participating governments in this legally binding Declaration reaffirm the commitments and objectives of the La Jolla Agreement to reduce dolphin mortality and to seek ecologically sound means of capturing large yellow-fin tunas not in association with dolphins. They further commit to a variety of measures for the conservation of ecosystems and the sustainable use of living marine resources related to tuna fishery within the eastern Pacific Ocean.
