The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters necessary for the enforcement of the Cadastral Act. Matters prescribed in this Decree include: criteria requisites for land within a parcel numbering region; classification and determination of land categories; cadastral records; land alteration and cadastral adjustment registration; cadastral surveying; registration of cadastral survey businesses; etc.
