The scope of this Instruction shall be to select and examine the plots of land for the purpose of the allocation thereof to hunting associations as hunting areas. The examination of the plots of land shall include three stages: (a) preparatory; (b) field; and (c) office. Preparatory period regards assessment of the number of wildlife species and their natural habitats. Field period regards mapping of the boundaries of the projected hunting area and assessment of the state of population of wildlife species and their natural habitats followed by the explication of land. Office period regards processing the field study materials concerning the boundaries of the projected hunting area and the assessment of the population of wildlife species, and classification of the projected hunting area.
