Commission Decision 2007/365/EC on emergency measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Community of Rhynchophorus ferrugineus (Olivier).

This Decision sets forth rules to prevent to introduction and spread in the European Community of the harmful organism Rhynchophorus ferrugineus (Olivier). It prohibits the introduction of such organism and establishes import conditions applicable to susceptible plants.
