Commission Decision 2007/410/EC on measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Community of Potato spindle tuber viroid.

This Decision sets forth the conditions and phytosanitary requirements under which the plants and seeds of the genus Brugmansia Pers. spp., and the species Solanum jasminoides Paxton may be imported into the European Community. The aim is to prevent the outbreak and spread of Potato spindle tuber viroid.
