Legislative Decree No. 151 on penalties applicable to infringements of the provisions laid down in Regulation (EC) No. 1/2005 on the protection of animals during transport and related operations.

Pursuant to article 25 of Regulation (EC) No. 1/2005, this Legislative Decree sets forth the penalties to be applied in case of infringement within the Italian territory of the provisions laid down in that Regulation, as regards the protection of animals during transport and related operations.
