The present Ordinance lays down provisions dealing with plants treating hazardous substances and on specialized industries. The text consisting of 29 articles deals with the following matters: sphere of application, definition of terms, basic requirements, requirements for special plants, general provisions concerning technical aspects, plants in protected areas, pipelines, plants stocking solid substances and penalties.
