Council Regulation (EC) No. 1343/2007 amending Regulation (EC) No. 1543/2000 establishing a Community framework for the collection and management of the data needed to conduct the common fisheries policy.

This Regulation amends Regulation (EC) No. 1543/2000 by replacing articles 5(1) and 6(1). The amended provisions deal with the procedure to be followed by the European Community Commission and by Member States to establish programmes covering the information absolutely needed for scientific evaluations as well as information likely to improve substantially the scientific evaluations.
