The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2002/3/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 February 2002 relating to ozone in ambient air. The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Definition of terms (1); Emission values (2); Evaluation of air quality (3); Information of the public (4); Transboundary air pollution (5); Duty to report (6); Maximum values for emission, emission inventories and emission prognosis (7); Programme reducing the ozone concentration and on the observance of maximum values (8). Eight Annexes are enclosed.
