Fisheries (Management and Development) (Amendment) Act, 2007 (No. 10 of 2007).

This Act amends the Fisheries (Management and Development) Act, 1994 by: (a) repealing subsection (5) of section 61; and (b) by inserting a new section (61A) which requires all fines and penalties imposed under the principal Act to be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
