This Decree provides for the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The Ministry of Science and Technology is a governmental agency which shall perform function of state management in the domains of science and technology, intellectual property, atomic energy, radiation and nuclear safety, etc. Tasks and powers, and the organizational structure of the Ministry are described in detail in the text.
