This Decree-Law is composed of two articles. It introduces in the national legal system Commission Directive 2006/128/regulating purity concerning sweeteners for use in foodstuffs. Accordingly, it amends the Annex of Decree-Law No. 98/2000 approving EC Commission Directive No. 98/66 on food colourings.
