Environment and Heritage Legislation Amendment Act Regulations 2007 (SLI No. 334 of 2007).

These Regulations carry into effect provisions of the Environment and Heritage Legislation Amendment Act (No. 1) 2006 in relation with the process for including items in the list of threatened ecological community in the sense of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
