Decree No. 411/2007 implementing the Act on the collection and dissemination of environmental information.

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of five articles and one Annex, establishes detailed provisions concerning: scope of the national register on the release of polluting substances into the environment; collection of related environmental information; duties to report such information to the competent authorities.
