Federal Act amending, inter alia, the Navigation Act.
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Navigation Act (BGBl. I No. 62/1997). In particular, the Ordinance amends article 31 concerning administrative proceedings, and article 149 dealing with entry into force.
