The purpose of the present Law is to guarantee the necessary conditions for a high quality wine-growing in Upper Austria in view of the common market guidelines on wine. The text consists of 12 articles divided into4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Limitation of wine growing (2); Monitoring of wine growing (3); Penalties and final provisions (4).
