The present Ordinance implements the Water Works Law of 25 September 2006. Article 1 lays down provisions relating to the waters listed in the water registry. All those registered waters are to be considered public waters. Article 2 deals with the monitoring of waters. The text consists of 13 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Water works (II); Concession proceedings (III); Authorization proceedings (IV); Entry into force (V).
