Ministerial Decree No. 731 validating the Regulation on licensing the storage and sale of spirits, except on the premises of the manufacturer.

This Decree requires that the storage and sale of spirits be subject to a general licence, except when sold on the premises of the manufacturer. Applicants must submit the following documentation: (a) application; (b) notarized copies of the statute and of the state registration certificate (for legal persons); (c) copy of a personal identification document (for natural persons); (d) notarized copy of the state registration for individual entrepreneurs; (e) tax inspection registration certificate; (f) receipt for payment of licensing fees; and (g) documentation attesting to the applicant’s qualifications for the licence.
