This Resolution is composed of seven Chapters and 35 articles. It approves the Management Plan for the the “Serra do Açor” Protected Landscape (POAPPSA). It is an inter-municipal management plan defining areas subject to special protection and rules on the possible land uses and activities. Particular attention is paid in the regulation of areas subject to specific intervention requirements and of areas not subject to protection regime.
