Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes that a Special Fund on improvement of water management structures” is set up. The Fund consists of two separate funds: long-distance water supply and water supply and waste water disposal. The text consists of 10 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Special fund long distance water supply (II); Special fund water supply and waste water disposal (III); Entry into force (IV). One Annex is enclosed.
