This Ministerial Decree establishes that State Fishery Register shall be systematized compilation of information on aquatic biological resources, management and conservation thereof. The Register shall pertain to federal property. The purpose of keeping the Register shall be to ensure protection, purposeful use and conservation of aquatic biological resources. Federal Fisheries Agency shall be the authorized institution responsible for keeping the Register. The Register shall contain the following information: (a) quantitative and qualitative data on aquatic biological resources, name of species in Russian and in Latin, description thereof, fishing fees, and fish products produced therefrom; (b) fishery waterbodies and fishing areas; (c) full registration data, taxpayer identification number and banking instructions for legal persons and individual entrepreneurs; (d) allocation of quotas and registration of fishery contracts; and (e) stock enhancement, acclimatization and repopulation arrangements.
