Batteries and Accumulators (Amendment) Regulations, 2009 (L.N. 88 of 2009).

These provisions supplement the Batteries and Accumulators Regulatios of 2007. The new provisions deal with the improvement of environmental performance of batteries and accumulators and further concern the marketing of such products.
