Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 (S.I. 401 of 2009).

These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004 as a consequence of amendments made to the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 in relation with development plan documents in a local development scheme.
