Physical Planning and Development Control (Amendment) Act 2002 (No. 30 of 2002).
This Act amends the Physical Planning and Development Control Act in section 28 in relation with appeals from decisions of the Planning and Development Authority to the Physical Planning Appeal Tribunal.
