Regulation amending Regulation laying down rules to prevent the introduction and spread of quarantine organisms (Journal of Laws 2008 No. 221 Pos. 1443).

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs, amends: the list of quarantine organisms which must not be introduced to protected zones and transferred within these zones of the European Community; the list of quarantine organisms known on the territory of the European Community; special requirements to be fulfilled by plants or plant products transferred or imported to the territory of Poland.
