Climate Change Act 2008 (2020 Target, Credit Limit and Definitions) Order 2009 (S.I. No. 1258 of 2009).

This Order sets limits on the net amount of carbon units and defines "international aviation and international shipping" for purposes of section 30(1) of the Climate Change Act 2008.
