Environment (Protection) Second Amendment Rules, 2009.
The Rules amend Schedule I of the Environment (Protection) Rules 1986 by inserting in serial number 73, relating to pharmaceuticals, new entries related to emissions from incinerators and effluent standards for incinerators.
