These Rules make further provision for the preservation of animals suitable for milk, draught, breeding or agricultural purposes. The Rules provide: the form and manner in which applications for certificates shall be made and the fees payable in respect of such application; the certificate of examination of agricultural cattle issued by the Veterinary Officer; and the certificate of the cattle fit for slaughter.
