These Regulations prescribe the requirements and procedures for applying for licences under the Malaysian Biofuel Industry Act. The Regulations further prescribe licence fees, the conditions to be imposed on licences, the power to limit the number of licences, the procedures regarding revocation and suspension of licences, and the procedures regarding appeals.
