Commission Regulation (EU) No. 108/2010 amending Regulation (EC) No. 1974/2006 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).

This Regulation lays down some addenda to Regulation (EC) No. 1974/2006 in matter of support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. These addenda refer specifically to payments linked to Natura 2000 sites and Directive 2000/60/EC establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy.
