This Decree replaces the text in article 7, paragraph 1 of Decree laying down the criteria to implement the National Fund for Fishery and Aquaculture. This provision concerns the subsidies that may be granted to fisheries and aquaculture enterprises as regards damages caused by exceptional occurrences.
