This Decision approves the orientations for the development of water drainage in Vietnamese urban centres and industrial parks. The objective of this Decision is to formulate plans and specific programmes of action to develop water drainage in urban centres and industrial parks in a stable and sustainable manner. Provisions of this Decision aim at: prioritizing the drainage of rain water; constructing and upgrading wastewater drainage systems; developing plans on water drainage systems; developing water drainage technologies and equipment; organizing water drainage management; etc.
