This Ministerial Decree establishes that State Agency for Processing, Storage and Trade of spirits and liquors shall be the authorized state institution in the sphere of processing, storage and trade of spirits and liquors. The Agency shall carry out the following tasks: (a) state supervision over processing, quality and safety of ethyl alcohol, spirits and liquors; (b) state regulation of processing and trade of spirits and liquors; (c) state regulation of export and import of ethyl alcohol, spirits and liquors; (d) international cooperation related to processing and trade of spirits and liquors; and (e) harmonization of national standards applicable to processing and trade of spirits and liquors with international standards.
