Pollution Prevention and Control (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 (S.R. No. 403 of 2009).

These Regulations amend the Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 in regulation 10(4)(b) to include an additional provision for a Certificate of Lawful Use or Development.
