Public Contracts and Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Amendment (Amendment) Regulations 2009 (S.S.I. No. 439 of 2009).

These Regulations amend the Public Contracts and Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2009 in regulation 2 to correct some errors.
