Ministerial Joint Decision No. 75308 establishing procedures in order to brief citizens and their institutions of representation on the content of Environmental Impact Assessment Studies conducted for certain works and activities according to paragraph 2, article 5 of Law 1650/86.

This Decision, aiming at including citizens in policy making regarding environmental issues, describes a range of concrete measures for the notification of the content of EIA studies carried out for certain works and activities, in accordance with paragraph 2, article 5 of Law 1650/86 and Council Directives Nos. 85/337/EEC and 84/360/EEC.
