This Decision sets out the protection measures to be implemented by Bulgaria in order to avoid the spread of foot-and-mouth disease. No live animals of the bovine, ovine, caprine and porcine species and other biungulates shall move nor be dispatched between the areas listed in Annex I and Annex II. Further provisions apply to meat, meat products, milk, dairy products, ova, semen and embryos.
