Commission Regulation (EC) No. 253/2011 amending Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) as regards Annex XIII.

This Regulation amends Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) by replacing the text in Annex XIII, which sets out criteria for the identification of persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic substances, and very persistent and very bioaccumulative substances.
