Climate Change Levy (Fuel Use and Recycling Processes) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 616 of 2011).

These Regulations amend the Climate Change Levy (Fuel Use and Recycling Processes) Regulations 2005 in Schedule 2 in the definition of “metal”, by omitting “, lead”. Schedule 2 lists recycling processes that are exempted from tax under the principal Regulations.
