Eco-Contribution (Granting of Refunds) Regulations, 2011 (L.N. 158 of 2011).
These Regulations provide measures, procedures and guidance as regards the granting of refunds in respect of the ecocontribution paid by producers who participated in the recovery of waste during the years 2005 to 2008.
