This Ministerial Decree establishes rules and regulations regarding supply and consumption of electric and thermal energy by producers to consumers, and relationship thereby on contractual basis. Industrial consumers shall comply with the established electric energy consumption standards and ensure energy saving and energetic efficiency. State supervision over compliance with rules and regulations in the sphere of energy production, distribution and consumption shall be carried out by the authorized state institution “Uzbekenerginadzor”. This Ministerial Decree establishes calculation modalities for thermal energy supply and heating standards.
