This Law regulates relations in the sphere of fire safety. It establishes that forest fire supervision, combating forest fires and ensuring forest fire safety on the territories covered by forests shall be carried out by State forest fire supervision service in accordance with contracts concluded with the authorized forest state institution. The Act consists of 6 Sections divided into 40 Articles: (1) general provisions; (2) plenary powers of state insitutions in the sphere of fire safety; (3) ensuring fire safety; (4) fire service; (5) fire supervision; and (6) conclusive provisions.
