Due to quota exhaustion, this Regulation prohibits fishing for blue ling in European Union waters and international waters of Vb, VI and VII by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Germany. It prohibits also to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels.
