Import and Export of Goods (Control) (Guernsey) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2000 (G.S.I. No. 26 of 2000).

This Order amends the Import and Export of Goods (Control)(Guernsey) Order, 1990 so as to remove marine anti-fouling paint from Schedule 1. That Schedule lists goods, which may not be imported from the UK without a licence. Controls on the importation of such paint are now contained in the Control of Poisonous Substances Regulations, 1995.
